    That's true for all schools. But as you state, that aid is available to all students - athletes and non-athletes - so it is more more competitive and therefore difficult to get. The athletic funding is essentially at the discretion of the coach.

    IUP’s numbers for foosball seem low. Thought we were closer to 30.
