    Default Spring games

Anyone attend or follow online any spring football games? Any takeaways, observations, or insights? Looking for as specific as possible rather than "our offense is gonna light it up this year" ;)

Pueblo will have a solid QB, whoever it is. Their offense might actually be more than hand it off and let a superior athlete make a play, QB should be mobile as well which adds another dimension. RBs will be as expected at Pueblo. WRs should get the chance to make plays.

The defense...well...it's Pueblo with Coach Leo.

On paper they look to be the team to beat yet again, they will find out early in the season how good they are: @Dixie, @ Chadron, Mines, Commerce.

Turbo did you go to the game? Any players who stood out that we haven't heard much from before? Was it an offense vs defense deal, 1s vs 2s, or a full balanced intrasquad game?

Lots of new names! First two red team plays were 75 yd scoring passes, hitting receivers in stride waaaaay down the field. Not yer daddy's offense!
    Sprinkles are for winners!

I did not get to go, was driving back from Austin. Balanced intrasquad game, two captains pick their teams. Kitna and Gunnar will be battling for the QB1 spot until the end I am assuming. Wibbles and Rosenbrock look to be the leaders on defense, a couple of transfers will be impact guys on that side of the ball as well. Hopefully they can replace the great amount of talent that graduated.
