In all seriousness, not a lot of impact from the sanctions here and it's not like Saggy really impacted anyone's championship runs with use of ineligible players. If anything, this and the FSU player in the Fall just makes everyone tighten up their own ships and better comply.
The FSU and Saginaw cases appear to be apples and oranges. As best as I can tell, Ferris only had one ineligible player (that we know of); the Saginaw case was much more significant, according to the lead paragraph in the above linked article:
Saginaw Valley State lacked institutional control and failed to monitor its eligibility certification process when it improperly certified the eligibility of 130 student-athletes in 15 sports over a five-year period, according to a decision issued by the NCAA Division II Committee on Infractions.
