When I was finishing up at Harding I did my student teaching at Searcy High. Most of the student athletes wanted to leave Searcy to go to college. What is Harding’s deal with private school recruits? Seems like they recruit more private school athletes than other GAC schools. I know they get some of the best private school players in Arkansas and Alabama, but most private’s are only 1A or 2A level at best.

Well RICE has struggled for many years. I am guessing he is going for Academics more than anything. They happened to let him play too.

Very well done. Harding has a great media team, and a pretty good Sports Info team. They also have a pretty large budget. One of the big alumnus flys the sports info teams to different places throughout the season.
