    Default NSIC Week 9 chat

Well here we go into another week.
    Questions for this week --
    A) Well Ian Smith be back for Northern, and if not, can they survive his absence?
    B) Cleary vs Bruggeman, who put on the better offensive show. Cleary seemed to disappear a little last weekend, will he now re-appear.

    C) Can Sean Smith play anywhere close to his last game?

I'd like to believe that Bruggeman has the better supporting cast, so I'm hoping the home team comes away with the W.

Crookston blew out Winona and Winona blew out Southwest. For what it's worth.

Southwest beat Minot who blew out Crookston by 31, for what it's worth. It's just one of those years where anything can happen.

Well, here's what he's had so far this season - 30-10-10-21-9-2-3-12-13-22-25-9-17-17-9-25-12-8-13-24

Its kind of feast or famine with him and for any success by SCSU it needs to be feast.

The Beaver angrily slapping its tail on the water in the Minot intro video is amazing

Two minutes and fifty two seconds into the game and Michael Schaefer has taken his first charge

You and my wife have pretty much identical commentary on what happens in the commercials for these away games. She's funnier though. And, thankfully, better-looking.

Over/under 75 points scored by Bruggeman and Cleary combined?

Minot up 2 on Augie after a pretty "meh" half by both squads

Sather’s pregame comments were he was out this weekend. No mention beyond that.

Minot builds a 6 point lead which feels like 60 the way this game is going and forces Tom to take a TO.

moorhead up 4 with very good first half. Baumgartner was everywhere. Mankato two desperation threes right before end of half (one banked in) or Moorhead would have a little cushion.

It'll be over....they have 50 at halftime. Bruggeman with 32.

    SMSU leads 54-43 at half.

More whistles than a dog park in St. Paul. The last 10 minutes is going to take forever.
