Nm.
From what I hear Tom Herman took part in the Stripper perks while at Ohio State. Of course, it came from the wife beater's mouth.
WT just released their football schedule. Looks like 6 home games.
Sept. 7 – Azusa Pacific
Sept. 14 – at William Jewell
Sept. 21 – at Tarleton
Sept. 28 – Western New Mexico
Oct. 5 – Central Washington
Oct. 12 – at UT Permian Basin
Oct. 19 – Angelo State
Oct. 26 – at Eastern New Mexico
Nov. 2 – Texas A&M-Commerce
Nov. 9 – at Texas A&M-Kingsville
Nov. 16 – MSU Texas
Will any WT fans come to the William Jewell game?
Saw the facebook post where they released the schedule. Looks like WT was able to schedule 11 D2 games. Seems like the past few years it was either only 10 games and/or you had panhandle state mixed in there. I know its a couple of years away from talking playoffs but good to see a full schedule just in case they overachieve and get close.
Chip any word on a new offensive coordinator, I would of thought one would of been in place for recruiting season by now. I know it’s a big decision for Hughes and his staff to get the right guy in place, but as a WT fan seems like they been dragging there feet on the new OC job .
What about recruiting, did WT sign any players during the early signing period ?
Just heard that Nick Gerber, walk QB on at Texas Tech, and the single season HS passing yards and TD record holder in the state of Texas, will be transferring to WT. He grew up in Levelland.
Also heard that the OC that WT got is more of a spread guy. I think run will still be a heavy emphasis, but not near as much as it has been in the past. I think that caused Gerber to be interested in WT.
