Update UNH Field goal to take a 13-10 lead half way through fourth quarter.

Key play was a 6 yard Patterson run on 4th down and 6 from Post 13 yard line.

Drive stall on Post two yard line and on fourth and 2 form the 2 UNH decides to kick the field goal
rather then go for the TD.

UPDATE LIU post comes right back with a lightning quick TD on a 44 yard bomb to take a
17-13 lead with under 7 minutes left down to the wire in a game that is living up to the hype and then some

LIU Post with a huge interception on their own 10 killing a promising UNH drive.

Under 4 minutes left and this might have been the key play but time will tell

    LIU
Post goes 3 and out and its a bad punt 3 minutes to go and UNH has a short field starting on the Post 37 yard line
This is obviously the most important drive of the UNH season wow what a game

Post wins 17-13 as New Haven is stopped one yard short of the goal line as time runs out.

Patterson and Williams had huge games, with Patterson throwing for 366 and breaking the New Haven career passing yardage record. The Post defense kept him from 367 though.

LIU Post wins a thriller 17-13

Games end with UNH on the 1 yard line facing 4th and goals but it looks like time expired on the previous play.

Hard to tell what exactly happened there was a long delay on the updating and remember I am following a play by play stats
update in words not a video.

I really want someone who was there ot tell me exactly what happened at the end here.

Final in Springfield AIC lose a close one 28-20. It was 28-6 going into the 4th. AIC tried to make a comeback. AIC had the ball at the end but Oblukande pass was intercepted to end the game. This is the worst season in AIC history.

Pace up 26-10 in the fourth. That much closer to history for the Setters.

Tell you the truth, I'm not really sure what happened. There was a lot of confusion and noise at the end, so I couldn't hear the referee's announcement. I'll have to wait for the box score to see what happened. The only sure thing is that the Post defense made their 3rd goal-line stand of the day and stopped the last UNH play one or two yards short of the end zone as the clock ran out.

Congratulations to Pace on a great season. It's a tribute to the players, the coaches, and a supportive administration that finally built a stadium of their own for the team and created a stable environment for the program to grow.

New Haven was out of timeouts and was short of the end zone. Carlock made the tackle on the 1 yd line and the game ended. Patterson was scrambling to avoid the sack and Huber was his only option. He should have at least throw the ball into the end zone to see what might have happened. It was a good game.

Saw them getting better but not to the 7-3 level. Great season for them.
