    They haven't done that for a couple years. They re-seed the final 4 to be 1v4 and 2v3.

    Correct, 1v4, 2v3. My question is what regions are matched up? 1/3 and 2/4?

    They aren’t until after the semis are over and they reseed.

    If I'm reading your question right... the numbers that Kle included are seed positions.. NOT the regions of the team. So take the regional winners and rand (seed) them. Then 1 seed plays 4 seed. etc. And of course Ian is spot on... Not decided until the final four teams are determined. If off here, sorry, but by your questions, it looks a bit confusing.
