Why is post behind assumption in the NE10?? Doesn’t make sense with how convincing post has been and a win on the road in ship. Doesn’t make senss to me.

Because this isn't a ranking system, simply conference standings that appear to be in alphabetical order if there's a tie.

Almost every week there's someone who gets upset over that. Lol it's okay if your team is really that good they'll make it to the top. This thread literally means nothing

I mean it means something, if you like to quickly see what each conference looks like. It seems to be taken as a ranking system for some unknown reason.

Assumption and Post are both ranked first (along with New Haven) because they all have identical conference records. I just list them alphabetically.

Because it is easier to read. Three teams have a 1 in front of them, because they are 5-0 in conference games. Technically, you could list them all on the same line, but that would just look silly.

That's how the MIAA works. No tie breakers. If you have 5 teams with the same record, you just have a 5 way tie for first.

Same in the NSIC. You can tie for everything even with a head to head advantage

    Thank you King of Tyre.

Or was that a slightly veiled attempt to show the Phoenician's contributions to the alphabet?

NSIC also has the advantage/disadvantage of not having a fully common opponents schedule.

If you look at the College Football Data Warehouse, or college football Wikipedia pages, it is how pretty much all conferences have done it forever. Even now, in the age of Championship Games in FBS, it appears that division co-champions are given a piece of the title, even if they lose the tiebreaker to go to said Championship Game.
