Thread: North vs. South

    Default North vs. South

How many games does the North win over the next 4 weeks? There are 32 total games and I'll put the over/under at 8.5. I think I'd take the under on that bet.

I'll try to go through the past few years though I believe someone posted it already...I feel stronger than ever that this will be the worst year yet.

    Also, I'll take the under

Since the conference expanded to 16 teams in 2012, South football teams are 127-65 (.661) against the North.

Duluth - 3 wins for sure, and I would pick them to win a close one at Winona
Bemidji - 2 likely wins, with a chance to beat USF at home
St. Cloud - Hosts both Wayne and Upper Iowa so maybe, but I wouldn't have them favored in either
Moorhead - At Wayne and Upper Iowa, unlikely wins but possible
Northern - At Southwest is the only chance
    Crookston, Minot, Mary - nope

I just don't see more than 8 wins there.

We've hit the over! I must admit, the North has been much more competitive that I expected through 3 weeks.
