Default Great one tonight between HSU & ATU

Awesome game. A little sloppy both ways but super entertaining. Tech took the lead with like five minutes to go, HSU went 90 yards in the final minute to tie it and send it to overtime before they won in OT.

Remember the name Chase Lodree by the way. Sophomore WR who is really blossoming to start this year. Had something like 10 catches and 170 yards with some big time catches tonight for the Reddies. Already a stud and only getting better. The new QB played very well tonight too, the last TD drive to send it into OT he made some really, really big throws when HSU had to have them.

Great game, both teams hungry for success, but much to be learned from both teams.

Not sure I would call it a great game. Both teams continue to make a lot of mistakes but both also showed a lot of improvement. Entertaining, you bet!

From the ATU perspective, the QB position looked better (still a lot of room to grow), but the penalties and mistakes will kill you against a quality team. Henderson took full advantage and capitalized. I'm sure the Henderson fans spotted several issues as well, but both teams improved over week 1.

Defense for ATU looked better, but we still need to work on QB pressure and better coverage. The 8-10 yard out was open all night... Rushing defense was good.

Both teams were better, but not great. Both defenses had their moments, but neither one could seem to keep up the momentum.

ReddieMade, agree with you that HSU looked better offensively, particularly at QB and WR. However, still have some kinks up front that need to be worked out--a lot of that will likely come as the season progresses and the o-line presumably gels.

Agree with you Bytor that Burcham looked better at QB, but still has room to grow. I think that will come as he gets more playing experience.
