Possible Lions on the list.... Connor Harris & Pierre Desir.

Maybe some consideration to Denodus Obryant and Andrew Helmick, though their careers straddled the NAIA & D2

There's no bias there. Those two are givens. Connor Harris would be hard to argue against. I believe Laron Council is also a given.

Agree with both. LB will be tough with Zach Watkins, Connor Harris, Chad Kilgore and Nate Dreiling. Jake Soy, Matt Longacre and Collin Bevins would be givens for me. Zuerlein and Bass would be givens as well from MW. Michael Hill and Josh Caldwell would definitely be in conversation.

I would agree with most of Ian's picks, but UCM (TE) Demarco Cosby (2010) has to be a top 3 lock in my opinion.

Yeah he was a stud. UCM has had some great TEs through the years

Guys I played against who I’d throw in the ring (some mentioned already):

    DE Bevins and Longacre NWMSU
    LB Harris LU
    DB Desir LU
    DB Dixon twins NWMSU

Guys I played with (at some point):
    DT Shepherd
    DE Sie Doe
HB Shaq Cooper (a ton of RBs will get mentioned but I have to throw in my boy)
    LB Nate Dreiling

    Guy who coached me:
    LB Zach Watkins WU

    Coach is Mel T, right?

You just beat me to it. Mel and Adam for coach (I'll take Adam, but NW posters are the experts on this toss up)

Probably should be Dorrel with the more recent rules about coaches staying on the sideline!

The rule about at least half the players coming from a team you don't root for is a whole lot easier for some teams to follow than others.

I'm okay with Adam coaching if Mel can be the AD. I don't want there to be any chance of Trev Alberts falling into that role.

    QB 1. Bolles 2. Simoneau 3. Czerniewski
    RB 1. Hill 2. Taylor
    RB 1. Council 2. Terrell
    TE 1. Higgins 2. Cosby
    WR 1. Soy 2. Houston
    WR 1. Warren 2. Foote
    OL 1. Allen 2. Molz
    OL 1. Lingenfelter 2. Pestock
    OL 1. Davis 2. Grozinger
    OL 1. Manhart 2. Williams
    OL 1. Folkerts 2. Talley

    K 1. Zuerlein
    P 1. Marcha
    AP 1. Brown 2. Stewart

    DL 1. Bevins 2. Pister
    DL 1. Williams 2. Toca
    DL 1. Shepherd 2. Yost
    DL 1. Longacre 2. Bass
    LB 1. Dreiling 2. Gnader
    LB 1. Harris 2. Brawner
    LB 1. Kilgore 2. Watkins
    CB 1. Dixon 2. Desir
    CB 1. Jordan 2. Jones
    S 1. Burnsides 2. Bausby
    S 1. Terry 2. Berg

Used Ian’s Rule about one per position. Based on some things I used I had to go with more than two at TE. UCM really dominated at the TE position. Hebert, Cosby, Cannon, and a few more. I moved Brown to AP since we named him first team AA three times. I could get a few more WR in that way. The method I used has Watkins as the 4th linebacker but I think he was better than that.
