Default Who is your Preseason O-MVP, D-MVP, and Freshman of the year?

Let's throw this out here. Who do you think with be the offensive MVP, defensive MVP, and Freshman of the year for the MIAA this year?

    I'm going with:

Brook Bolles, Central Missouri - Offensive MVP
Doyin Jibowu, Fort Hays - Defensive MVP
Raymond Thomas, Northwest Missouri - Freshman of the year

Do you think Thomas will get enough carries? I would think that Caldwell and Jones would be 1-2.

I've said since last year I think Thomas will be better than Jordan Simmons. I think Thomas will be used in a 3rd down passing down situations more than as traditional RB. He's fast, short but big enough to take hits. I'm calling it!

Brook Bolles, UCM - Offensive MVP
Johnathan Harris, Lindenwood - Defensive MVP
Cade Brister, Lindenwood - Freshman of the year

Obviously some homer picks, but I think both are entirely within the realm of possibility.

I don't really even know the names of any of the Freshmen on the team I follow, let alone other teams.

Interesting, quick glance on the Bearcats roster on the website...looks like 5 true freshman listed with assigned numbers. List includes super athlete LaTroy Harper and very hyped freshman QB Mike Hohensee. Other three are DL Walker Graves, DL Zach Howard and DB Matt Murphy.
Can definitely see why Wright is anxious to get Harper on the field with the ball in his hands. Could definitely be in the fold for freshman of the year depending on his involvement.
Two DL are big bodies, wonder if it’s about concerns of depth or just two big bodies that can make an impact early. As for Hohensee, kid came in with a ton of praise and hype. Not sure about the DB though other than best option for depth from the freshman class.

If NW is going to make the POs the best freshman on the team is going to have to be the QB. Not saying Thomas can't get the nod, but if he does, I think it is due to the team not being as successful.

Pitt has a big bodied True Frosh Dline with a number, too. Not sure what that means. Could be depth at DL or OL judging by the past.
