    Default GLIAC has a Blogger!

Well, looks like the GLIAC has a blogger again. First article is a nice summary at this stage of the year.

Thanks for stepping up Jake. Great start. (and FWIW, I kind of like your comment about the Lakers.)

I know for some reason I can't get to it if I'm signed in. Not sure why. I can read it when I'm not logged in. I sent a note, but maybe it's just not me?

If my link from above doesn't work, try going to d2football.com main page and one should be able to see it there.

I'm not sure I would remember my password well enough to log out.

Hey Billie GV, since you are an avid follower and former player at GV can you tell me if Matt Mitchell is still in charge of the special teams. In my humble opinion if he is GV will lose at least two games because of special teams screw ups. Are you still in the Sun Shine State or back home in the Great Lakes? Hope to see you in Allendale this fall.

Your son picked a great school to go to for academics and sports. I hope he is able to see some playing time and helps us to a great year. My comments about the special teams is rooted in about 8 years of frustration in seeing us lose games as a result of special team blunders. What position does your son play?

He’s an incoming freshman. Plays D Tackle. Probably won’t see field this year unless injuries happen. He got a lot of reps in camp with the regulars though. More then any other freshman D Lineman. The upperclassmen told him not to worry he got more reps then any incoming freshman at D line they had ever seen. GV has a lot of very good D lineman this year so we will see. If not I’m sure coming out of spring practice he’ll be right there.
