    WBB recruits announced:

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Bloomsburg University women's basketball has announced the signing of Tehya Hosey, Tiara Little, and Shirley Piotrowski to the program's 2018-19 recruiting class.

Hosey (5-5, guard) comes to Bloomsburg from Lemoyne, Pa. and Cedar Cliff High School where she played basketball for the Colts. She earned the United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete award for her effort on the floor. In the classroom, she earned academic honors, the student council's Commitment to Excellence Award, and the Outstanding Academic Achievement award.

Little (5-8, guard) journeys up College Hill from Harrisburg, Pa. and Central Dauphin East High School, where she played basketball for the Panthers. On the hardwood, she was a McDonald's All-American nominee, named second team all Mid-Penn Conference, and also selected to the Linglestown Gazette Fab 15. She also received the athletic director's Most Committed Athlete award at CD East High School. Off the court, she received the 3-Star Humanitarian Award, and was also named to the honor roll and a member of the National Honor Society for Scholars.

Piotrowski (6-2, forward/center) joins the Maroon and Gold from Delaware County Christian School and Newtown Square, Pa. where she played basketball for the Lady Knights. As a freshman, she was a second team all-league selection and also a member of a district runner-up team. As a sophomore, she was an all-league honorable mention selection. As a senior this past season, she was a first team-all league selection, and a member of another district runner-up team. She was a member of the AACS all-tournament team, and also the 2017-18 team Most Valuable Player. In the classroom, she was named to the high honor roll all four years and also a member of the National Honor Society for two years.

"We are excited to see what this 2018 class adds to our experienced returners," said Tagliaferri. "They are all dedicated and hard-working, which goes hand in hand with the culture we are trying to create within the program."

He looks a little slow on tape, and doesn't get off the ground, but he is a space eater.
