Default Findlay Upsets #2 Shepherd 29-17

Oilers outscore the Rams 20-0 in the second half to pull away. Findlay controlled the game through an impressive ground game. The defense played much better against a Harlon Hill Candidate for Shepherd, picking off Jessop twice. Great win, and now they will have to prepare even harder for the second round.

Findlay did great against one of the nation’s best offenses. They owned the second half. GMAC wins its first playoff game.

Nice win Oilers! Good to see an Ohio team take the WV team to the woodshed on the road.

Congrats to Findlay. Hope you guys keep it rolling. Who knows, maybe we will renew our rivalry this year after all....

Congrats!! It’s hard to win at RAM Stadium and you did it!! I’m pretty sure Shepherd has never given up 200+ rushing yards in a home playoff game before as well. And Findlay held Shepherd to 50 rushing yards in a home playoff game. Good luck the rest of the way! Well coached physical team.

Shepherd didn’t have the D this year to make a run, not near enough dogs. Congrats on your first ever playoff win. Good luck going forward. Let’s see if your woodshed can sustain yearly success or your just that blind squirrel who found just 1 nut....

Congrats Oilers Well played & well planned. This years Ram D was not up to the last couple of years & most of us could see it early in the season.

Make a little noise up in NE this weekend!
