Default ESU Men finish off the sweep in Erie

Rasheed Moore averaged 21 points and 8 rebounds in a 3-game stretch that included back-to-back weekend trips to the Erie area. Moore led ESU with 25 points in a runaway win at Edinboro last Saturday and followed that effort up with 12 points and 7 rebounds in a hard-fought win at Mercyhurst last Sunday. Today, Moore had 26 points as the Warriors came from behind to beat Gannon 88-81. 3 road wins and home victories against Clarion and UPJ, and they are 5-0, with a 20 day break before traveling to Cheyney on 12/30.

Quindell Brice averaged over 16 points in the 3 games, and has emerged as the second leading scorer in the absence of Steve Harris. Kitt Walls and Ryan Krawczeniuk are hitting 3-pointers at a 40% rate, and Chris Bing, Ralik Wise, Nick Giordano and Steven Stoney have formed the nucleus of a solid contender for the PSAC crown.

East is tough this year. It will be a great race.
