it appears Southeastern will have a new QB. Returnee Logan Turner is not on the preseason roster..

Depends on the Ol. next week we will know the the 1's and the 2's. You also have to concider the offensive style, Ball control or skitzo-spread. I am not a fan of the spread.

Tyler Sakora finished 2011 with strong showings in the last half of the year. He is big and strong with a huge arm. He should have a great year.

And your coach Kep, better hope to God he wins 6 games, because he will then need the time he has to find another Juco or Sam Houston State signee for '13 because he won't have any quarterbacks left on the roster. Unless he can pull a rabbit out of his hat and get his new guy 2 years of eligibility.

Are you saying the other guys would transfer if he plays the new guy? How many years of elig does the new guy have. I'm hearing 2 yrs? I have not talked to him, but I talk to 18 and a lot of the guys...they all say he is pretty damn good. He may transfer if he doesn't get his way though, but his path through juco, then D1, is not unusual. SAU and many other schools look for those guys. 11 and 2 and many other guys come from juco...I have personal experience transferring.

When did the transfer get here? This summer? The backup QBs during the spring game didn't look too good.

He just got on campus for this school year. Did well in JuCo. Transferred around some. Has friends on the team I think.
