    Also keep in mind Bowie State no longer has CIAA record-breaking 3-year starting QB Amir Hall, who was the two-time Harlon Trophy finalist, finishing 5th (2017) and 4th (2018). HUGE shoes to fill.

    Yeah, he pulled a "Tom Cousineau" and refused to play for the Green Bay Packers. So he played in the CFL for a couple of years before playing for the New Orleans Saints for 7 years.

    Are you both stating that Brown was the best WR during the Spring since both Guase (15 rec/161 yds/5 TDs) and McNeil (42 rec/841 yds/6 TDs) did not participate? Or are you guys hearing this...

    IUP needs a power RB for short yardage and goal line offense. And as we saw last year, Samir and Justice are not that type of back. Even as a true freshman, Brown was getting the job done.
