The only way he plays is if he earns the #3 or better RB position. but Who's to say he won't be number 3, keep Brown at wide out. I don't think they keep him out if he helps the team at RB.

Will be interesting to see the fall roster, should be in less than a month, I'll bet there are a couple more new faces.

But attendance would go down by about 30% then, since band parents make up a substantial number of football attendees.

its way harder than that. These student-athletes friends and family are in this environment, everyone is more comfortable in an environment they are used to and sometimes they need to reattach with...

So when did IUP lose ? Sure we were cheated out of a few wins, but IUP was always the better team.

There seems to be lots of agreement that more night games and tailgating would be good. Play popular music during breaks. Fine. But begging the gen z’s to show up for something that’s already free,...

why not just offer a class called Football 101 and 102, make it a required liberal studies class, and fail anyone who doesn't attend all of the home games.

Thats what you are still supposed to do, there's a table or a specific student window at the gate, students get their ID swiped, and get a GA ticket. At BB games, they stop you and scan the ticket -...

Football hasn't been using the scanners. I assume they go by ticket sales, or someone with a device at the main entrance. I'm convinced they are not counting most students the last 2 years. Students...

I agree with this. The early games could easily be at night. Sure november games at noon make alot of sense, By then, interest is either up because the teams winning, or gone if they are losing. ...

The 2012 Ship game was the PSAC championship. The Bloom night game was on ESPN, -- If TV would cover the games it would make the students interested. A few others were homecoming games.

To be a fan, you have to care who wins. If you don't care who wins, whats the point of going to the game ? to hear the band ?(though band parents sometimes make up like 25% of the crowd) ? The...

There have been a few others, but not very successful Woulard at Clarion, and Don King III at SRU. It seems its SRU that used the one season QB to the best effect, probably Enders being the THe best...

Like every other year the season obviously swings on that back-to-back stretch of Cal and (at) SRU.

    Re: Bart Starr dies

The Ice Bowl was one of my first real memories of watching football. I was 6 or 7, and of course rooted for the packers because they usually won, and was a huge Bart Starr Fan after that.

Bullock and Evans are still Good. Streeter seems really good too, though Duane Brown burnt him once. Other than that, nothing really stands out. Davis looked the most accurate to me.
