by Chuck Bitner on 10-15-2014 at 04:22 PM

California forced a three-way tie atop the PSAC West standings by soundly beating previously undefeated Slippery Rock by a final of 48-26. The Vulcans built a big lead in a wild second quarter that produced 45 total points (31 for Cal, 14 for SRU). The game was equal parts impressive for California and sloppy for Slippery
