  3. Week 10 Thoughts


    The 2018 Pace Setters continue to find ways to win football games and bring excitement to the campus. This time, they won a back and forth game to defeat Merrimack 22-21. It is their first ever victory over the Warriors in school history in probably the last meeting of the programs.

    It is Week 10 in the NE-10. The calendar has flipped to November and the games seem to get bigger and bigger.

  5. Week 9 Thoughts

    Big Win

    It has been the hallmark of the 2018 edition of the LIU Post football team. Teams think that they are in the game and then the Pioneers run away from them in the second half. It was very true in their 21-7 victory over Assumption on Saturday.

    After a scoreless first half, Post was late getting to the field for the start of the second half. But once they did get there, it took one play to take the lead.
