  1. West Division Dominates PSAC in Week 2

We have to start out the week two observations with the very obvious truth: The West division totally, completely, thoroughly, dominated the East. Since the West has hosting privileges for the Championship in week 11, all 8 games will be on West campuses. That meant that the first round of crossovers would be hosted by the East schools. All eight games were on East division campuses on Saturday and the home teams earned one victory. One. Bloomsburg had a solid performance and knocked off a more ...

  4. Previewing Week 1 in the PSAC

After nine long months, I can finally get back to what I do best…shirking the responsibilities of adult life, ignoring family, friends and work and focusing on what really matters. It’s college football season baby!! If you don’t know what that means, then I’ll talk to you in January.

Last year’s PSAC football season ended in Shepherdstown when back-to-back PSAC champs Slippery Rock lost to national finalists Shepherd in teh Super Region 1 final. The new season begins in ...

  5. PSAC West Division 2016 Preview

For the 2016 season, I have decided to do the season previews differently. In past years, the individual team capsules did not get many clicks. It was a lot of work to prepare 16 individual blogs, most of which received very little readership, so this year, there will be one blog for the East and one for the West. The PSAC East Division 2016 Preview was posted earlier this week.

Here is how I see the West division shaping up…
