Well, well, well we embark on another week of college football in the Northern Sun this week. Its going to be tough to top last week though. Three games came down to the wire, offensive records fell all over the place, and there were even a couple of big upsets, including one in the muddiest college football game I have ever seen.

Believe it or not, the mid point of the season is quickly arriving. Division play opens this week in the Northern Sun.
I think we are starting to figure out who teams are. The top three in the conference appear to be putting some distance between themselves, but anything can happen as we look to Week 5.

It has been a topsy turvey start to the 2013 football season in the Northern Sun, but today we continue to look at the league, and its already week four.
On the surface there appears to be more balance in the Northern Sun this year than in past. That's not to say that there aren't favorites, because there are, still Minnesota State Mankato and Minnesota Duluth look to be a step ahead. But it appears that there is at least the threat now that teams can pull upsets, see Minot State
